Creating Records can be done in 2 ways, you can enable either one or both if you choose.

Students choose from a list of Activities

Teachers create Activities in advance with many options including 1 per Student, House or School. The Record points value is also set so Student can see what its worth.

When a Student selects an Activity it is used as a template in creating a Record, they can add a description and other peices to add further detail about their accomplishment. An Email is sent to Teaching staff who will be required to validate the new Record before it contributes to the total House points.

Teachers assign Records

Teachers can assign or create Records for any Student they please, this model works as a reward system when a staff member notices something worthy of a Merit or Achievement.

They can use an existing Record or create a new one on the fly and assign to as many Students as they please which takes less than 1 minute!
